How to score your Scrub and Serve Kit:

Fill out and submit the form below. There’s limited availability so hurry and request a sample while stocks last!

To be eligible, registrants must:

  • Operate a commercial kitchen or kitchen cleaning business.
  • Complete the registration form.
  • Agree to provide feedback within two weeks of receiving the kit or after the trial period ends.

Successful registrants will be contacted within 5 business days to confirm acceptance.

      1. “3M Food Service Sampling Program” (“Program”) requires the submission of a registration form to be eligible for selection into the Program. The Program includes the giveaway of a bundle of 3M Scrub and Serve Kit that includes 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ General Purpose Scrubbing Pad 9650, 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Light Duty Scrubbing Pad 9030, 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Extra Heavy Duty Pot 'N Pan Scour Pad 88, 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Kitchen Cleaner & Degreaser Wipes with Scotchgard™ Protector, 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ High Performance Cloth and 3M™ Oil Quality Test Strips (“Samples”) for a 2 weeks trial. After the 2-week trial of Samples, detailed feedback must be provided using a feedback form from 3M to a 3M representative and a 3M authorized channel partner representative. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
      2. The Promoter of the Program is 3M Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“3M Malaysia”), Level 8, Block F, Oasis Square, No.2 Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
      3. To be eligible to be selected for the Program, registrants must meet the minimum criteria set below:
        1. Commercial Kitchen or Food service company in Malaysia listed under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
        2. Completed the Program registration form
        3. Agree to the terms of the Program, including using the Samples during the 2-weeks trial period starting from the date of receipt of the Samples, and complete the feedback form or session at the end of the trial period (No later than 1 week after the trial is completed)
        4. Agree to provide product feedback which may be used for future promotional and marketing purposes
      4. Any registrants who comply with the criteria under Section 3 will be eligible to receive the Samples.
      5. Registrants selected to participate in the Program will be notified within 5 working days after submission of the registration form by phone or email, and the Samples for trial will be delivered within 5 working days from notification. Delivery time subject to stock availability.
      6. The Samples are valued at approximately MYR 58 (based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions). The Samples and use of the Samples are governed by the product bulletin that comes with the product. The Promoter shall not be responsible for change in Samples value at any time.
      7. Samples are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Samples with another of equivalent value.
      8. The Samples cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or for any other consideration otherwise than in accordance with this Program.
      9. 3M Malaysia reserves the right to modify or cancel this Program at any time. 3M Malaysia’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into consideration.
      10. 3M Malaysia will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the samples except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. 3M Malaysia will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Program if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of 3M Malaysia including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
      11. Registrants agree to the disclosure of personal information for registration purposes only. Business name and product feedback may be used for future promotional purposes only. If the information requested is not provided, registrants may be liable to pay for the samples used during the trial.       12. The offers and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Malaysia law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
