This Baltimore Library Project case study discusses the use of 3M™ Controltac™ Print Film 40C to rennovate public school libraries in Baltimore, Md. The case study was written by 3M-approved vendor Martin Williams. The case study was written in December 2016. Imagery was provided by the Weinberg Foundation and Dave Gimbel of Signs by Tomorrow (Alexandria, Va.).
