General Purpose Particulate Respirators

These particulate respirators provide everyday value and all-day comfort. Reliable, value-priced protection against a wide range of non-oily particles. Engineered to provide 95% NIOSH filtration efficiency. Suggested applications: Sweeping, sanding, grinding, sawing, and bagging.

3M™ Respirator 8511

Stays cooler than non-valve respirators. Our most popular valved model is suited for hot, humid environments, or for long periods of wear.
3M™ Respirator 8210

Breathe easier! Advanced Electrostatic Media technology enhances particulate capture while reducing breathing resistance. Designed with welded strap attachment for greater durability, soft nose foam for more comfort, and adjustable noseclip to help ensure a secure custom seal.
3M™ Respirator 8210V

An economical option when a valved respirator is desired, this respirator is based on the popular 8210 and features the proprietary 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve.

Welding Respirators

The trusty welding respirators and masks that filter out fumes. These welding PPE feature the proprietary 3M™ Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve. Designed for applications such as welding, soldering and other operations where metal fumes may be present including those with ozone and nuisance level organic vapors.

3M™ Respirator 8212

Long-lasting comfort in tough environments. Features include welding web, cake-resistant filter media, nose foam, adjustable noseclip, and buckle straps. Plus a comfortable foam faceseal. Potential applications: Welding, metal pouring.
3M™ Respirator 8214

A respirator designed for applications where metal fumes are present, including those with ozone and nuisance level organic vapors. Plus a comfortable foam faceseal. Potential Applications: Welding, particularly with stainless, galvanized and aluminum, metal pouring.
3M™ Respirator 8515

An economical option for welders. Features welding web, adjustable M-Noseclip,and braided headbands to help provide a custom and secure seal. Potential Applications: Welding, metal pouring.

Nuisance Odor Relief Respirators

Specialized solutions for harsh environments. R95 or R series respirators are resistant to oil mist. P95 or P series respirators are oil-resistant and can be used wherever protection in oil environments is needed. Suggested applications: Grinding, bagging, sanding, sweeping in oil and non-oil environments and other dusty operations.

3M™ Respirator 8247

Helps provide comfortable protection against certain oil and non-oil based particles – including those with nuisance levels of organic vapors, such as solvents, degreasers, and resins. Potential Applications: Foundry operations, lab settings, agriculture, petrochemical manufacturing and undercoating where particles and nuisance levels of organic vapors may be present.
3M™ Respirator 8576

Helps provide comfortable, reliable worker protection against certain oil and non-oil based particles – including those with nuisance levels of acid gases such as sulphur dioxide, hydrogen fluoride, and/or chlorine. Potential Applications: Glass etching, chemical processing, paper processing, aluminum smelting and brewing operations.
3M™ Respirator 8577

Helps provide comfortable, reliable worker protection against certain oil and non-oil based particles – including those with nuisance levels of organic vapors such as solvents, degreasers, and resins. Potential Applications: Foundry operation, lab settings, agricultural, petrochemical and manufacturing.

3M™ Aura™ Respirator 1870+

This health care N95 particulate respirator and surgical mask has comfortable inner materials and helps provide respiratory protection against certain airborne particles. The individually packaged flat fold design allows for convenient storage prior to use.

As a disposable particulate respirator, it is intended to reduce wearer exposure to certain airborne particles including those generated by electrocautery, laser surgery, and other powered medical instruments. As a surgical mask, it is designed to be fluid resistant to splash and spatter of blood and other infectious materials.
3M™ VFlex™ Respirator 1804

These economical flatfold disposable particulate respirators are intended to help reduce wearer exposure to certain airborne particles including those generated by electrocautery, laser surgery, and other powered medical instruments. As surgical masks, they are designed to be fluid resistant to splash and spatter of blood and other infectious materials. The 1804 has been introduced to replace the 1805 VFlex Respirator. They are identical in all aspects of design, construction, materials and N95 filter media.
3M™ Respirator 1860
