3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 468MC provides outstanding adhesion to metal and high surface energy plastics. 200MP adhesive delivers excellent shear strength to resist slippage and edge lifting. The tape is temporarily repositionable for placement accuracy. It incorporates a unique Micro-Channel PCK liner that uses air release technology to help prevent air entrapment during lamination.
Micro-Channel Liners for Smoother Application3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 468MC is designed with a 5.0 mil thick adhesive for applications such as splicing and laminating procedures using metals and HSE plastics. This high-performance adhesive delivers excellent shear strength to resist slippage and edge lifting. It is delivered on a 58 lb. Micro-Channel, polycoated kraft paper liner which reduces the occurrence of unsightly wrinkles and bubbles that contribute to rework.

This adhesive provides some initial repositionability for placement accuracy when bonding to plastics. It has also been tested for performance after exposure to solvents, humidity and moisture, as well heat (up to 400ºF/204ºC for short periods).
