3M™ Trizact™ Composite Slurry DT-100

3M™ Trizact™ Composite Slurry DT-100, 3 micron is an odorless, low viscosity lapping slurry designed for finishing of ultra-hard substrates such as sapphire. Comprised of a unique 3μm diamond composite in triethylene glycol, the Trizact slurry DT-100, 3 micron produces good surface finish along with high removal rates for economical lapping.

The carrier fluid, triethylene glycol, is water miscible making for easy cleanup. Trizact slurry DT-100, 3 micron is optimized for highest performance when used with 3M™ Trizact™ Polishing Pad.
